These terms apply to the website and internal SMS lead-alert program operated by Northeast LLC, doing business as The Roofers.

Website inquiries and roofing services

Use this website to learn about our work and request contact about roofing services. Provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to share. A submitted inquiry does not create a roofing contract, guarantee an appointment, or establish a price or warranty. Project scope, pricing, scheduling, and warranties are governed by the applicable written agreement.

SMS Terms: The Roofers Website Lead Alerts

This program provides automated internal website lead notifications to the business owner and authorized staff who consent to participate. Alerts may include a customer’s contact information, project location, requested roofing service, and inquiry details. Customer inquiry submissions do not enroll customers in this SMS program. These alerts are not marketing texts.

Consent and enrollment

Participation is voluntary. Authorized recipients provide consent directly to The Roofers, including by verbal agreement, before their numbers are enrolled. Each additional recipient must consent before receiving alerts. Consent to these internal alerts is not a condition of purchasing roofing services.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with website inquiry submissions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from SMS alerts. A final confirmation message may be sent. To resume alerts, contact The Roofers to arrange re-enrollment with your consent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email therooferssd@gmail.com or call (605) 881-9770. You may also request removal directly through these contact methods.

Availability and appropriate use

The SMS program is subject to activation and carrier availability. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of network or service conditions; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts are not an emergency service. Authorized recipients must use customer details only for legitimate business follow-up and protect them from unauthorized disclosure. Notify us if your enrolled number changes or is no longer under your control.

Changes and contact
